This one seems so obvious to me, I’m embarrassed on behalf of Jews worldwide that it’s not already everywhere. If you like the idea of red wine sorbet, you’ll probably like this.
Mix as much as you want to make in proportions of three-quarters Manischewitz and one-quarter grape juice. Pour into a baking pan and freeze overnight. Scrape into a serving container with a fork. The result is the perfect Passover palate cleanser. Just don’t forget that it still contains alcohol.
